This theme has two versions: Glass and Regular. It runs on TrueTransparency, which allows the transparency of the window border. Don't forget to download matching cursors here and wallpapers from RuneScape.com!
Instructions:
1. Extract TrueTranparency folder anywhere you want.
2. Run TrueTranparency.exe. Make sure you don't move or delete the folder while or after using the theme.
