With FeedBlendr you can blend your favourite feeds into one. If I like tech news I will blends feeds like Labnol.org, Techcrunch, Mashable or etc.

With FeedBlendr you will have an option to import feeds from other feed reader-in OPML file. Google Reader have this, to download/export you feed just go to Settings page and click the Import/Export tab.
