Get Aero Glass In Windows 7 (Virtual Machine)

by Amirul Ashraff 2 comments

There are many ways how to enable Aero glass interface in Windows 7 in Virtual Machine like using RDP (Remote Desktop) which you need the host to be Vista that runs Aero. But if you have other OSes as your host-XP or Mac,  you will not get any Aero glass interface in your Virtual Machine.

With True Transparency, you can get Aero Glass effect in Windows 7 even in Virtual Machine. True Transparency supports XP, Vista and even Windows 7! First you need to download this True Transparency at the CrystalXP site Download True Transparency.

I can't find any software that can get Aero Glass as good as TT in Windows 7.  Most virtual machine graphics driver do not support Aero so this method meant to overcome this problem. You can select from the menu for other TT skins like Aero, Aero 1 and Aero 2.
